Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 medium sized of onion – chopped

1 stalk fresh spring onion - chopped

30g precooked green peas

30g precooked bean sprouts

30g precooked carrot - chopped

20g boiled shrimps

4 dried mushrooms - sliced into 5mm thick

2 red chillies – sliced

2 fishcakes - chopped

2 eggs - beaten and fry it, then sliced

400g cold, cooked rice














Steps:

1) Heat the oil and fry the onions until light brown.

2) Add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring continuously.

3) Add peas, bean sprouts, carrots, mushroom, fishcakes and shrimps

4) Stir-fry altogether for 3 minutes.

5) Add egg and stir for a minutes.

6) Season with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.

7) Fry the rice until light brownish colour.

7) Serve garnished with spring onions and red chillies.
